The production workshop currently has one fully automatic SMT production line, one wave soldering production line, one test line, one assembly line, and one post-soldering production line.

We offer comprehensive one-stop services including PCB circuit board electronic component procurement, SMT assembly production and processing, assembly testing, and various production certifications. We can solder components as small as 01005, 0201, and ICs and BGAs with 0.3mm spacing.

The same solution safeguards a 15 km unmanned oil pipeline in China, delivering 23 μA ultra-low power consumption, 6-second alert latency, and up to 2 km transmission per node in open fields. Multi-end notifications include PC pop-ups, mobile app alerts, and cloud logging with periodic analytics, helping clients shift from experience-based inspections to proactive prediction, prevention, and preparation.
